Achei essa ideia que encontrei no polyvore super legal!
No primeiro copinho, você escreve em cada palitinho, uma coisa que quer fazer, por exemplo:

-25 sobe e desce a perna (não sei se tem um nome pra isso! hahahaha)

-30 de prancha

-25 Flexões

-30 senta-levanta

-100 polichinelos

-30 agachamentos

- 30 "cadeirinhas"

E quando completar essa tarefa, coloca o palitinho no outro copo!

Agora é só fazer isso todo dia e pronto! Você estará mais

Polyvore: We are Going to Disney World!

Hey yo!
Lembram do post que a fofa da Talita fez sobre o que levar na mala para a sua viagem para a Disney?
Então, me animei tanto com o assunto que fiz um set no Poly para "ilustrar" a situação!
Só que como não ia fazer uma montagem para cada estação, fiz uma mistureba com as coisas essenciais hahahah
Ps. Note que as peças de roupas não foram colocadas com o intuito de formar um "look", é só pra ilustrar a ideia. Ex. Camisetas diversas, casacos e calças jeans. Aah, também a quantidade de peças depende de quantos dias terá a sua trip ;)
Ps. 2. Essa montagem não só se aplica à Disney mas (imagino eu) serve para a maioria dos lugares também :D (Coisas importantes, são importantes em qualquer lugar, né?)

Aqui estão as orientações, ta em inglês mais é facinho de intender:


O1. Get yourself a big, thick old book.
 
O2. Glue all of the pages of your book together with pva.
 
O3.Grab a pencil and draw on the outline of where you want the hole to be
 
O4. With a penknife, cut carefully on these lines.
 
O5. Glue around the pages like on the picture.
 
O6. Make sure that the last page is secured to the back of the book.
 
O7. Put your things in it!

DIY: Rainbow Crayon Art

Com certeza você já viu esses desenhos lindos no Tumblr e ficou curiosa de como faz!
Bom, here you are:

DiY; Rainbow Crayon Art por the-tip-girly no Polyvore

WHAT YOU NEED:
- hairdryer
- blank canvas
- enough crayons to lay side-by-side along the length of your canvas
- newspapers
- hot glue gun (or some other type of super glue)
 
WHAT TO DO:
1. Choose where you want the colours to be flowing from. Along this side, glue all of the crayons beside each other as illustrated in the pictures above. Unless you wish to make it look like there are still crayons on it when you're done, it's best to take of the little paper wrappers on the crayons.
 
2. Lay out some newspaper on the floor and lean the canvas, with the crayons glued to it, against the wall.
 
3. Now take the hairdryer, turn it on high, and blast it at the crayons. Make sure to move the dryer bak and forth along the canvas so that all the crayons melt equally.
 
4. After a bit, you should start to see the wax pouring down the canvas. If you want the drippings to look extra-messy, blast them with the hairdryer too.
 
5. Continue until desired result, or the crayons are totally melted.

DIY Quote and Wish Jar por the-amazing-tip-chickas no Polyvore

Supplies:
- Mason jar or any other jar
- Slips of paper
- Masking tape
- Glitter
- Ribbon
- Wishes :)
 
Steps:
O1// Put masking tape on your jar and write "Wishes" on it
O2// Pour some glitter in your jar, be careful, it can get messy!
O3// You can tie a ribbon around the jar if you'd like
O4// Write any wishes that are important to you on the slips of paper and put them in your jar. Keep adding more when you think of them.
O5// Take your wishes out every now and then and see if any of them have come true, take them out and put the ones that haven't yet back.
